Who we are

LÜMN is a privacy-technology project currently operated by its founder, based in France. The data controller responsible for your personal data can be reached at hello@lumntech.co.

What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. When you submit our Request Access form, we collect your name, email address, company name, the category that best describes you, and any message you choose to share.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry and keep you informed about LÜMN's development. We will only contact you in relation to what you reached out about. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate this site, who act as data processors on our behalf and are bound by their own data protection obligations:

• Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.) — to store and manage waitlist and contact data
• Resend — to deliver enquiries submitted through our Request Access form to our inbox

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Your data is never sold, and is never shared with any third party for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We retain your data for up to 24 months from the date of your submission, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@lumntech.co and we will respond within 30 days.
